dispatchGate IVR allows customers to telephone in to automatically dispatch jobs. Customers enter their account number then jobs are automatically created and dispatched to vehicles.

3. dispatchGate IVR requests account information
4. Customer submits account information
5. dispatchGate IVR looks up account information to access customer address details
6. New job is created for Dispatcher
7. Job is automatically dispatched to vehicle by dispatcher Engine
